    Stayed family room was for three, but bath accessories only for two people. The staff was friendly, the check in was quick no problems. The hotel is very old but clean. For breakfast, did not go can not say anything, had breakfast on a nearby street in a pizzeria.

    Dollar for dollar this hotel is excellent. Nothing flash but the bed is comfortable, there is plenty of hot water and the air conditioning works well. I have stayed there countless times over many years and always come back. There is also a safe in the room.

    A very nice 3-star hotel. Rooms are well furnished and very clean. Bathroom is not very spacious, but is also clean and saw to our needs.Location is great: one minute walk from the underground (Subte) e maybe ten minutes from the Obelisc.A continental breakfast is included: types of bread with butter/jam, cheese, ham, croissants, cakes, fruit juice and hot beverages. Do not expect an american or full english, though.

    Staff is very nice, One minute from the underground. The rooms are clean and small. TV is an old Panasonic, but works fine. Don`t expect a great breakfast, although it is very reasonable for the price. Wi-fi on each floor. Excellent for tourists whose prefer to expend their money on sightseeing this beautiful city, instead of staying indoors.

    Hotel staff "enjoyed" the room as much as we did

    First of all, hotel room was not cleaned properly upon check in. Found hair all over the bathroom floor and a box of condoms sitting out. Went out to dinner with my girlfriend one night and when we returned the bedding was not how we left it. It was clear someone had been in our room and enjoyed the small double bed. Am also confident the hotel staff went into my luggage and took my nice leather shoes out of the bottom of my luggage. Staff was unhelpful also. When asking several questions, we received several "I don't know's." Being a hotel I expect for the hotel staff to go out of their way to look up information when they do not know. Not sit there and continue using facebook.
