Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the city’s tourist, shopping and financial districts. Jorge Newbery Airport is around 18 km away and Ezeiza Ministro Postarini Airport is about 3 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 51 junior suites, 8 suites, 30 single rooms and 280 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     I can’t believe this hotel has a 4 star rating!

    This was the worst experience we have had in a hotel in over 30 years of traveling! Dirty, OLD, bad customer service, one outlet per room, very dark, dreary small rooms. We stayed 3 nights and the 3 nights we would arrive at 4pm to our room and they had not cleaned our room. We always had to call to have our room cleaned and sometimes we even had to call twice because it was 6 pm and no one had showed up to clean our rooms. My husband was FURIOUS over the phone. That’s when they finally showed up. The hotel was extremely dated. The carpet in the hallway was stained, torn and dirty. I took a picture of the vacuum cleaner ( it was sitting in the hallway for everyone to see) that they were using to clean and I literally almost threw up! There is an emergency light in the room that is right above the bed which lights up every 5 seconds and I had to cover my face to be able to sleep. I sincerely do NOT know how this hotel has 4 stars!!! Even the other people that were in our tour and were staying at this hotel were complaining how bad and dated this hotel it was. I gave it 2 stars ONLY because of its location.     Much better than I expected

    The hotel was better than expected after reading some negative reviews The location is fantastic The room spacious but outdated still has a bathtub with shower overBut everything is clean .The maintenance person fixed our problem immediately very impressed Reception are helpful. The most annoying thing are the lifts the constant bing bong noise everything time it came to our floor as our room was very close so woke ne up very early every morning and late at night. The breakfast was poor I didn't think much choice and not very appetising.
