    OUTSTANDING HOTEL SERVICES! The concierge service was the best I have ever had in my hotel travels. Shout out to AZUL and LUCIO for always going above and beyond. The hotel and room were gorgeous and clean. All the staff we encountered could not have been nicer. Highly recommend Palacio Duhau.     Another wonderful stay at this hotel. My second time here and myself and my friends loved it as before! Great location - excellent service - pay the premium to stay in the older / original part of the hotel as the rooms there were huge and had wonderful renovated bathrooms. Will be back here for sure!     Location Great, Room Great, great value for the money. Especially Mateo the Bellman is really really nice, helps and chats great English. Atmosphere of the palace side is also great.     We stayed there recently as a family for Mother’s Day for a few nights and the service was absolutely incredible from Mateo and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond in almost every way possible. We have stayed at some incredible hotels around the world and I must say that the experience was right up there with the best of the best.
