  Had to switch rooms because of a plumbing leak. Both restaurants that have meals between 4pm and 6pm were either closed or unavailable. Concierge service was excellent. Very good breakfast. Rooms were neat and clean.   Our stay at Park Hyatt Duhau was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive. Service was impeccable without ever feeling overdone, and every interaction reflected a genuine level of care and hospitality.The property itself is beautiful. The historic architecture, impressive grounds, and beautifully maintained gardens create a setting that feels both elegant and relaxed. Our room was equally impressive, with thoughtful design, excellent amenities, and a level of comfort that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay.The food was outstanding. Every meal we had was beautifully prepared, with excellent ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and great attention to detail. It was clear that the culinary experience is an important part of the hotel.What stood out most was the consistency. The property is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the service is exceptional, but it is the combination of all three that makes Park Hyatt Duhau such a memorable hotel. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and we are very grateful to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely return to Buenos Aires and stay at Duhau again.   A great hotel with many amenities, and the absolute BEST customer service! Their staff from front to back were 10/10! In a world were customer service is not always great, it was a breath of fresh air to be treated so fabulously be every staff member there. Well worth the extra dollars. I highly recommend

  After a very long flight, we were extremely disappointed to learn upon arrival that the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and lounge areas would be closed for the entire day and evening because the property was preparing for a private event. This was particularly frustrating after a long journey, as these were amenities we had expected to be available to us during our stay. We had not been informed of this closure in advance, and it significantly impacted our experience from the moment we arrived.We also had an issue with our room. The first room we were given was extremely dark and was not suitable for us, so we requested to move. Unfortunately, we were told that the other rooms were unavailable because of the private event taking place at the hotel. We were eventually moved to a large room described as a “suite,” but it was not actually a suite. It essentially consisted of one large bedroom with a bed and a desk, without the separate living space or other features we would reasonably expect from a suite.Furthermore, on the morning of our scheduled city tour, we were informed that our booked tour would have to be cut short because the guide had booked another couple and needed to accommodate their schedule. This was extremely disappointing. We had booked the tour in advance and expected the time and itinerary we had arranged to be honored. It was particularly frustrating to learn that our experience was being shortened because the guide had subsequently accepted another booking.And all of this has occurred after only one day at the hotel. At this point, we are extremely disappointed with the experience. What should have been the beginning of a relaxing and enjoyable stay has instead involved a series of unexpected inconveniences, unavailable amenities, a room that did not meet the description, and a tour that was shortened for someone else’s scheduling convenience. We chose this hotel with certain expectations regarding the level of service and experience, and unfortunately, those expectations have not been met from the very beginning of our stay.
