Great Hotel with Amazing Customer Service

    rating01 Oct 2026

We had an amazing experience at the Palladio Hotel. The Customer Service was above and beyond. The entire staff at the hotel did a great job for us. Loved the breakfast, gym and pool especially. Looking forward to staying here again.

    Great Honeymoon spot

    rating26 Sept 2026

Stayed at the Palladio with my wife for our Honeymoon. Staff were incredible. One of the nights, I accidentally knocked my wedding band off of my nightstand and it got stuck under the headboard. Maintenance were up immediately and two of them went to great lengths to retrieve it.Spa was great, location was perfect, breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very clean.Room was spectacular, the bed was incredibly comfy and the bathroom was stunning.

    Best Bartender

    rating11 Sept 2026

We had drinks every evening and Gonzalo was our favorite bartender. His drinks were made perfectly and had great attention to detail.

    Good hotel

    rating01 Aug 2026

We had 2 stays covering almost 2 weeks. The rooms facing the avenue get road noise but the ones facing the back of the hotel are almost silent. We really enjoyed this executive room. Thanks to Valentina and Felipe for suggesting this room type. All staff were excellent but these two always had a kind greeting (in English) as we passed by. Felipe was also kind enough to make some dinner reservations for us.Breakfast is good but doesn’t change much day to day. Dinner was very good with huge servings. The wine list was impressive. The barmen and restaurant waiters were friendly and kind. Everybody spoke English so it is a very easy place to stay.Air con and wifi worked perfectly. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a handy location with easy walking or Ubers to all attractions we wanted to see. There are several good restaurants also not too far away.Thank you to the staff for making our stay so special.
