    Hotel was in a good area for Restaurants that did good Argentina Steak.Hotel room was big the bed was comfortable but was a little bland and the view at the back was not very nice to look at.Breakfast was continental and very limited in selections.The front of house were very friendly and helpful.

    This has been an absolutely unacceptable experience. (Esta ha sido una experiencia absolutamente inaceptable.) My sister-in-law, in room 702, is currently locked out of her room (been waiting 3 hours) because neither her room key card nor the hotel’s master key is working. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the receptionist informed us that there is no maintenance staff on site and that she would have to wait until morning.This is completely unreasonable, especially considering that all of her clothing, personal belongings, and most importantly her medication are locked inside the room. She also has a flight leaving in the morning, making the lack of urgency even more unacceptable.To make matters worse, we — not the hotel — had to call a locksmith ourselves, while the manager has refused to speak with us directly.The complete lack of urgency, professionalism, and customer care shown by the staff is beyond disappointing. A hotel should never leave a guest locked out of their room overnight, especially when essential medication is involved.I will be sharing this entire experience across social media, Google, and TripAdvisor so others are aware of the level of service they may receive here.Esta ha sido una experiencia absolutamente inaceptable.Mi cuñada, huésped de la habitación 702, se encuentra actualmente fuera de su habitación porque ni la tarjeta de acceso ni la llave maestra del hotel funcionan. A pesar de la gravedad de la situación, la recepcionista nos informó que no hay personal de mantenimiento en el lugar y que tendría que esperar hasta la mañana.Esto es completamente irrazonable, especialmente considerando que toda su ropa, pertenencias personales y, lo más importante, su medicación están dentro de la habitación. Además, tiene un vuelo programado para la mañana, lo que hace aún más inaceptable la falta de urgencia por parte del hotel.Para empeorar la situación, tuvimos que llamar nosotros mismos a un cerrajero, en lugar de que el hotel se hiciera cargo, mientras que el gerente se ha negado a hablar con nosotros directamente.La falta total de urgencia, profesionalismo y atención al cliente demostrada por el personal es profundamente decepcionante.     After reading many reviews of this hotel I had high expectations but I found it underwhelming. The front door to the property is SO heavy it was a struggle to open it. Some days there was a doorman there & some days not. The room was tired looking. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had recently painted. The bedroom ceiling was freshly plastered & unpainted. The bathroom door probably needed replacing as it was stiff & squeaky. The breakfast food was great but the room itself was way too small. You were just so cramped for space. On the plus side the staff were very pleasant & helpful & the location in the Palermo area is excellent. A 10 - 15 minute walk to the Subte (subway) station.

    Excellent location for restaurant and exploring this area of BA. Comfortable beds and quiet Dining room staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. Reception staff, except one young man, were unhelpful, never said hello on entry and were either chatting to each other scrolling on phones There's no plug in the bathroom, I asked for on: 'No ' other hotels got me one

    I highly recommend this hotel for its location, breakfast, and service. The location in Palermo is 2nd to none - so many wonderful restaurants, bars, shopping, parks - just fantastic! The breakfast was great - fresh fruit, wonderful pastries, bread, cheese, omelettes, yoghurt! The service also was super special and attentive. The manager of the restaurant brought me a small alfahores de maicena after I said I couldn't find any as good to take home!
