    This hotel seems to have an all male staff on the reception, all of whom are impolite and abrupt. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is poor with their unusual accessing system having to be re-inputted every five minutes. The hotel had one lift out of use on one day but there was no notice to guests to avoid using it. The bathroom in my room had no toilet paper or soap or shampoo on the first night and despite advising reception who then promised to replenish the items, nothing ever came until the next day. The pillows and bedlinen also had some unpleasant odour on them which created difficult conditions got me to sleep.Never again!!

    Beware of this hotel, it is a scam. I got charged 6,836 American Dollars on Hetels.com on Feb 26, 2022. The Hotel is closed down with a chain. This Hotel shows up on all searches still, eventhough it is closed down for a few months. IT shows up on Bookings.com. hotels.com and many others. I am still trying to get a refund.Este Hotel esta cerrado con cadenas y sigue recibiendo reservas.

    Tired and run down hotel

    Good location close to tourist sights and restaurants. Tired and run down hotel needing maintenance. Air-conditioning didn't work, and staff repeatedly said it would improve. Eventually moved us to a cooler room after complaints of poor sleep due to the heat.

    This hotel is overpriced. Location is very good ( pederestian street ), but service and prices is not according the other options. Breakfast too simple. Room is ok. We dont use TV but are old, Down floors are noisy at late nigthThe location is one of the best points> restaurants, shops and theaters. Take care with your values at pederestian street. OVERPRICED hotel.Stay only one night.

    Very basic hotel, everything is old but working. Rooms are clean, beds and shower ok, breakfast very simple, the staff helpfull but not overfriendly. We stayed here for two nights: when we arrived and when we left Buenos Aires. The first night was fine but the second night we got a room next to a generator wich was VERY noisy. They told us this would stop. At midnight it still went on. We complained, because it kept me awake. Half a hour later the generator stopped.If your looking for a sharp priced hotel in the city centre of Buenos Aires it is ok. If you looking for something nice; don't go here.
