  Great location, cute hotel, value for money

  This hotel is walking distance to many great restaurants in Palermo Hollywood. The hotel itself is a boutique hotel with not a lot of rooms but high ceilings, quaint and includes breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. One downside is, if you book direct the manager of the company that manages the bookings for them was tough to work with when I had to make a change. They initially refused to honour the refundable booking and said I had both through them. I finally had to make a $45 phone call to get it sorted out with a very pleasant agent. Also, be careful with room 21. It is a nice room, but the the pocket door for the bathroom gets stuck and you can’t open it from inside the bathroom without someone from in the room, manipulating it. Got stuck a few times when I mentioned this day one their comment was “oh, that happens.”

  Not great, needs money being spent

  This hotel was sold as an amazing boutique hotel, my word for it would be run down and tired hotel. We booked the room with a hot tub, which was empty and didn't work and dates back to the 1980s. The cleanliness takes a lot to be desired (see photos). The room was tiny and with 2 suitcases we were falling over each other. The toilet blocked at one stage, the shower didn't drain properly so you were in 4 inches if water and the hand basin didn't drain until we had to complain. The bed sheets barely covered the mattress. The breakfast was basic, croissants were undercooked, the rest was passable. This review sounds terrible but it wasn't a great hotel.

  Theft is the problem I had. Manager is untrustworthy.

  The manager (Willy) charged me an extra night - the front desk staff, two of them on different days, said ‘the manager will refund you the extra night’. When there was no refund after two weeks I called and spoke to the manager (Willy) told me the refund was fine on his end, and to check my credit card again in a few days. It’s been a month now, and no credit. I kind of figured this would happen as he seemed surprised I’d actually called to check on this. The hotel was fine, other than the theft of my money. What a shame the manager is so untrustworthy. If you have a problem, you’ll know what kind of character you’re dealing with - good luck.

  Great little hotel in a vibrant part of Buenos Aires

  We stayed two nights in the junior suite and were very impressed. I had booked the incorrect month but when I contacted the hotel, Luis was very helpful and changed the correct days for me at no cost. The room was great and the breakfast buffet included was very enjoyable. A great little place to stay in a vibrant part of town.

  Great lodging in convenient location

  This was our home for our recent 9 night stay in Buenos Aires. We could not have picked a better location or lodging. The hotel is located on one of the many tree lined trees of Palermo in a lovely neighborhood setting. Our room was tastefully decorated and had a lovely bath with plentiful hot water. Mattress was great and room was quiet. Reading lamps on both sides of bed. Maid service was impeccable. Only eleven rooms, so the owner can deliver great service. Breakfast opened at 8 am. Yogurt, fruit, healthy bread, breakfast biscuits, and eggs made by request by the lovely staff member who runs the breakfast service. Dining is in a small area off the lobby.Security is excellent. Tall iron gate with camera at street entrance. 24/7 staffed front desk. There is a rooftop area where you can relax, too. The greatest compliment to a hotel is a repeat guest. I will be one of them on a future trip to this lovely and vibrant city.
