A long and pleasant stay in Buenos Aires

Excellent location, downtown and close to two metro stations.The building has a historic feel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was good. The bedroom was comfortable, although I would have appreciated an armchair; there's plenty of room. The Wi-Fi worked well. The laundry service was perfect. The hotel also offers a tour booking service; the one I used worked very well.There's no real restaurant; there's a lobby bar that also offers room service, but with a fairly limited selection. However, there are plenty of places to eat in the area.There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room, especially in the bathroom: I found some dirt in the tub, hair that wasn't mine in the hairdryer cord, and a cotton swab that was left under the sink from the first day until the end of my stay. I found it upon arrival and left it there upon departure; I was probably the only one who saw it.

An iconic historic hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires. I truly enjoyed my stay—the ambiance, the design, and the overall comfort were exceptional. The high ceilings, along with the black-and-white historical photographs lining the walls, added a wonderful sense of spaciousness and distinctiveness, making the entire experience even more memorable.

Very good attention at reception and very nice infraestructure. Floors are a little bit noisy and could improve the cleaning of rooms. Breakfast had many options to choose and good flavor. Overall, nice hotel and we received great customer service, they helped us with everything.

Not worth the price nor the reputation.

1st stay in booked a deluxe room and had a standard ( very small, far from 30m2 in the booking and no toileteries).2nd stay 1 week later, the room size was acceptable and toileteries were finally there but the bedsheets was stained as well as the 2 bathrobes.... I made a claim but no reaction from the Savoy. No compensation or even excuses. They simply cannot be bothered and the wholesome attitude is representative. On top of that the breakfast is limit acceptable (powder scramble eggs, chemical orange juice and no taste fruits....)Definitely not worth the price or the reputation. Déception all the way.

Savoy hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Beautiful and Elegant place. Very clean and highly attractive with its decor. Excellent food. Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
