For many years this hotel had been neglected. Not any more, the rooms are renovated, the service is excellent, the location is excellent, the Sheraton club outstanding, and they bend over backwards for Bonvoy Elite. A lot of the reviews are pre-renovation. This is now my favorite Latin America Sheraton! Too Strict # Could be more flexible # Good Stay

Especially when it comes to Marriott BonVoy Titanium Elite members, they could be more flexible, and not only because the other night I booked with points, they are setting my check-out for 12, and in contrast, the other day, because I paid for each individual night, 4 pm was approved. If I would not have had the Marriott Downtown, as a backup and plan B, I would have been on the streets for a couple of hours. I did enjoy my stay with the Sheraton, that's for sure, there's better and there's worse, that's for sure. However, their Elite Club Lounge doesn't have a card reader and they need to check everyone manually whomever comes in and enters. A lounge is a place where you can just pop in and open your laptop, or charge your phone, sit down and check out information, just in and out for a glass of water or a coffee. And the beauty of meeting with a stranger and booking the room for 2, is to taking your friend or girl to the lounge for a private intimate conversation, before taking her to the room directly. At Sheraton they directly want to specifically want a stranger, I just met and had a crush on, immediately, register at the check-in desk for inviting her to the sofa area in their lounge. Also for business meetings, I felt extremely uncomfortable to inviting two of may business partners over to the lounge. They are observing every move you do. And at other hotels, such as Marriott overseas or domestically, they just let you sit there and have a chat with your friends, business partners or even a girl you have a crush on. Please be more flexible, install a card reader and don't act like it would be illegal to taking someone to the lounge. Especially when the breakfast service is already done and over, not necessarily. The pool was too hot and not comfortable. No slippers, bathrobes in the room, this is standard. The gym was okay, I can tell that fitness memberships are being sold to the public. Great location and excellent for first time BA visit

Not sure why it has "average" but we loved this hotel: location (close to everything in Centro) room w/ beautiful port and Rio Plata view and amenities. Would stay again, highly recommended. Excellent Stay and Experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this Sheraton, prior to boarding for our cruise. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location worked well for us to sight see walks to Recolleta and into Puerto Madero and around the nature conservancy. The Hotel restaurant was exceptionally good (especially for hotels) - we had 2 lovely dinners there, and 2 breakfasts, since it was so convenient. We would stay there again without a doubt.
