    Good base for Buenos Aires

    This hotel is in a great location - in easy walking distance to the historic centre. Staff are really friendly, beds are comfortable, it's spotlessly clean. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast - and plenty of restaurants nearby for the evening. If you're staying for longer than a few days, and/or if you have luggage, get a room on the 9th floor. We initially had a room on the 1st floor, that had no storage - but the hotel kindly moved us to a room on the 9th floor (we were travelling for 4 weeks with luggage to match). Tips - there's a free water dispenser on the round floor; hair dryers are available from reception; they have a late check-in do you may want to reserve your room for the previous night.

    March 2026 three night stay. Positives were:LocationPriceFriendly staffBut…Breakfast was horrible. Selection was so limited. Dried up pastries, stale bread, no fruits. No plant based alternative milk for coffee or cereal. Vegetarians need a bit more options please.And if you wanted eggs, that's an additional cost!!Ugh.Don't even offer 'breakfast' if you can't really deliver one.Hotel needs a good cleaning and updating. Carpets are very shabby.Room needs new paint and a refresh.

    The room was ok - nothing special. The breakfast was average. Nothing much in the surrounding area but easy walking distance to other places. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Security always present at the door. Overall a good stay.     A good hotel with some problems

    A good hotel in a fun area of Buenos Aires. The staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Air conditioning was turned off because it was "winter," even on some days that got up to 23 C. We had to open a window, which let in mosquitoes that bit us all night. The elevators were also a problem. We got stuck in the elevator for only five minutes one day. This happened to our friends as well. Rooms have good soundproofing and are quiet.     Always a good experience in Buenos Aires. Although not exactly in the town center it has a good location, price is ok, breakfast complete, helpful staff.The rooms are relatively small but well appointed.
