    Excellent location, walking distance to major sites, and a quick Uber ride to almost every attraction. The room was clean, comfortable and staff were super friendly. I forgot an item in the room after my checkout and when I returned to get my luggage, it was given to me. I will definitely stay at Up Viamonte again!     Excellent location very close to Teatro Colon and Avenida 9 Julio. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large room with comfortable beds. Breakfast ok, standard SA, type. Coffee good! The hotel needs a touch up here and there.We recommend this hotel!!     This is a great Hotel in a good location.The rooms are clean and spacious. Very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. Alex and the team on the reception desk are very friendly and extremely helpful.     Spectacular Staff

    The room was spacious, had a king bed, and a little kitchenette and dining table for two. We faced Viamonte street and found the room and hotel clean, quiet, and safe. The stand-out were the staff. We encountered three gentlemen who took different shifts at the reception: Maximillian, Reuben, and Alex. All were super nice and helpful. We had the unfortunate experience at the Retirio train station to be violently attacked and our cell phone stollen. When we arrived back to the hotel to lock our iPhone, the staff swung into mode of helping. They gave us the information for the Tourist Police and arranged a taxi to take us there. We are very grateful even if the police were useless—despite our having the exact location of the phone via Find My Phone! We also had a delivery to the hotel that involved an exchange of money, which they handled well. Highly recommend this hotel, which we booked on Booking.Com. To avoid the VAT, pay in ARS when you arrive.     Up Viamonte hotel is a great option.

    My wife and I had a nice stay in this hotel. The staff is wonderful. The location is very convenient. The price was very reasonable. Alex at the front desk was super kind and helpful. We were upgraded to 2 bedroom unit in the upper floor that was very comfortable and had a balcony.
