    The hotel is nice and the location is great, with wonderful view. But it lacks management and maintenance. I had two change rooms two times in 4 days because de ac was not working. And in both times nobody help me to change my things, to a room in another floor. It is a big hotel and there was always only one person in the lobby, and very junior. The rooms was also not very clean, with hair on the floor and linen. One of the rooms had a leak in the shower, with very hot water that could burn you. We can see there is no training. It is really a pity. The SPA Ang GYM in the other hand is very nice, clean and with new equipments.     Everything is cozy and confortable. Great place to spend a week end. The spa is available to guest and visitors with reservation. The view from my room was to the Bahia Grande, great view.     TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE!!!

    It was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had in my life. The first minus is a terrible mattress with holes, which is very bad to sleep on. Secondly, when we returned to the hotel in the evening after a walk, there were many basins and garbage cans in the lobby that collected water flowing from the ceiling of the floor above, the entire ceiling was soaked with water, the plaster fell off, and pipes were sticking out of which water was pouring. Thirdly, at breakfast there were not very clean, shabby plates, midges flew everywhere and sat down on food. Fourth and MOST DISGUSTING - I was absolutely shocked by what I found in the jacuzzi in the room, which, on top of everything else, still does not work. after taking water in the jacuzzi, I found small live small bugs with antennae floating there, after that I was afraid to go to wash even under the shower. Fifth, at the reception, when we left, they asked us if we took something from the mini-bar, we answered that we drank one bottle, after that we were charged 1600 pesos for nothing. And all this happened in one day stay in this hotel.

    Great balcony, great view, great breakfast. Unique sunset Into bay, appropriate to stay outside all day/night long drinking sthing on balcony under that nice landscape.
