We reserved 4 rooms long ago, 3 doubles and 1 triple , for 4 nightsUpon arrival, we were assigned all rooms in the old wing of the hotel, with rooms that look like a route motel (small, all cramped). The triple room had only 2 beds. Upon complaining, attendant said "you have to share beds". We of course refuse and he switched the triple room to the new wing, which was way nicer.We inquired about why were were not put in the new wing, since we booked a SUPERIOR, not classic room. Attendant lied, saying that the hotel was fully booked (we later confirmed that it was not true). We inquired all following days, and each different attendant told us a different excuse (such as "you booked a superior room, but marked as american" ????).One day we had no electricity the full day. Another one we had to shower with warm water. No apologies whatsoever by anybody.Upon check out we asked to extend the hotel's very early 10am check out time and they denied it? My brother checked out at 1015am and was reprimanded like a schoolboy. I was furious and asked to talk to the Manager, who was nowhere to be seen. Attendants did not even know the complains we made the prior days. One attendant just gave us a number to call.Breakfast was nice, but somehow basic, nothing special.Location was good, 2 blocks from downtown main avenue.There are so many choices in Calafate. Choose a hotel that make you feel special. This will not.

Cozy and quiet atmosphere hotel. Breakfast included. 4 minutes’ walk distance from main avenue. many restaurants, bars and shops around. clean rooms and Friendly staff. Located 12 minutes from Calafate Airport and 35 min aprox of Perito Moreno Glacier. Marcos (Puerto Rico).

This is a basic hotel. The room reminded me a bit of a hostel ... spare and without a lot of place to unpack. But it was clean and comfortable, if not a bit hot. Not all front desk staff spoke good English. Basic breakfast. Our flight didn't leave till the evening of our last day (we stayed 3 nights), but they wouldn't let us stay in our room any time past check out - although one front desk staff member said we could. But we could use their lobby, washroom and wifi during the day. It is easy to get to the main street from the hotel

The best part of the place is the staff!! They are all amazing, super knowledgeable and ready to help.The hotel is in a great location.A few block to the town center, delicious breakfast. Bedrooms very comfortable and clean.We thank them very much for all their attention and recommend them highly!

No communication - impossible to speak with the hotel

I needed to change my reservation and was unable to reach anyone at the hotel. I tried emailing, calling both phone numbers listed on the website several times, sent a facebook message, sent an instagram message, tried messaging on whatsapp (they didn't have an account). They never responded to any of the messages, emails, or phone calls. Incredibly unprofessional.
