  Don’t stay here. A cheap hostel would be better

  This place was terrible. From an outdated facilities, broken toilets to unresponsive staff this place is to be avoided. After repeatedly telling the staff our toilet was not working right and the drain wasn’t working right. Then the water back flowed horribly, all over the bathroom floor, into the sink, the shower and then across the carpet in the bedroom and even my clothes. Even when I said this to the staff they didn’t jump to fix it! Rooms look like they haven’t been touched since the 1990sWalls are also paper thing. We heard the people above us getting ready at 5.30 in the morning. The only redeeming thing here is the breakfast staff who seems to try and put effort in.

  Excellent Service, nice place, beautiful view

  The place is very nice. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and beautiful views. The place is well located, in front of the lake with an amazing view, Luciana from the front desk is outstanding. She clearly understands customer service and provides a five stars service to her customers, she is great with kids. The hotel also includes breakfast and during the night they open a good restaurant with good food. I will definitely come back.

  Great view and nice location.BUT There is no 24/7 reception so we had to Check our the night before .There was no assistance with the languages and it is an effort to carry them through the stairs.There is no restaurant available in the hotel!Breakfast below basic/average.The lady at the breakfast although was very helpful and smiley! The room ( we had the suite) at the begging looks clean but there was an very bad smell coming from the bathroom drains !Room wasn’t as warm as it should have been and we had the heating on All the time .

  Blanca Patagonia HotelVery DisappointingThe Pros - stunning viewCon’s Advertised as 4 Star - experience was 1 starDoes not cater for guests with luggage. No lifts inside or outside the hotel and just getting your bags to reception is a hassle. Getting them to your room is worse.You are greeted by George at the front desk, who then tells you, amongst other things that there is no restaurant. The bar area is not inviting, it looks like an after thought. Walking into the hotel, there are broken chairs on the sundeck, and the deck itself is also damaged.We were tired and hungry when we arrived and George suggested a take-away from a local restaurant which he stated has good food. A menu was provided, however, there were no prices! We asked for a menu with prices and George refused and we were informed that he has to negotiate a price with the restaurant. This felt unorthodox at best, but we were stuck. We ordered a steak, cooked rare and a piece of salmon, both with veg. We were told dinner would arrive 730pm. I approached George at 8pm and was told rather rudely it was only 715pm! George was wrong and just walked away. Dinner arrived eventually and it was terrible. It was over-cooked and covered in a thick oil. We still had no idea of the cost. We decided to have a shower and go to bed and the next day we would eat away from the hotel.The shower had a major leak and the bathroom flooded - we only just stopped the water from going on the carpet.The room was clean but at best you would describe it as below average. The Walls were thin and you could hear neighbours chatting and showering. Breakfast: I was Jet lagged and walking around at 4am I noticed all the breakfast items were out and uncovered! It was awful. The female staff member who was in charge of the breakfast area from 7am was on her own and worked very hard. She was very helpful and pleasant. Can’t recommend this hotel.
