This hotel is located two blocks from the city centre.     Great location, walking distance from everything in town. Clean, modern rooms and very warm. Excellent service from the front desk - Abigail, in particular, who was very helpful and very responsive on WhatsApp in helping us book restaurants and call taxis, we truly appreciate her help and warmth of service. Only downside was the very small bathroom and bathtub/ shower space.     Nice setting, close to everything

    This hotel is in a good location, close to all the businesses but very quiet at night. It's also a walkable distance from the bird sanctuary. There’s a small gym on the third floor as well as a small lounge with a shelf of books to borrow. I found the selection of languages interesting- Spanish and English, of course, but also Greek, Estonian, German and (I think) Korean.I had dinner in the restaurant with a fellow traveler. Mine was fine but she saw “Milanese” on the menu, assumed it was chicken Milanese and didn’t read the details. It turned out to be a very large piece of beef, pounded thin and fried, accompanied by French fries. Not what she expected at all. She offered me a piece and it was quite dry. The breakfast buffet was good- not as many fresh fruits as we’d had in the north but that was to be expected. They did have a problem keeping the coffee pots filled when there were two tour groups at breakfast.You may want to bring ear plugs if you have a room facing the street and want to keep your widows open since there's some road noise.     Great choice in El Calafate!

    Nice hotel in the centre of town, close to the shops, restaurants and bars or El Calafate. While we found our room to be a bit too warm, the bed was super comfortable so we had a great night's rest! The bathroom was clean, had good shower pressure and nice toiletries. Breakfast was fresh, offering variety and tasty pastries! Overall, this hotel is a great choice for the area.     Great location and stay!

    We stayed for one night as we wrapped up our 15-day Antarctica and Argentinian Patagonia trip. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room (201) was spacious enough with good shower water pressure. Our only gripe was the thin walls / loud talking neighbors and the elevator that seemed like it might due for some maintenance (dropped down a bit upon entry and seemed a bit lethargic to get moving). The location provided easy access to main strip (1 block) and parking seemed plentiful out front (free) and they offer garage parking as well. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting El Calafate.     Good location and good breakfast but not much else can be said about the place.

    Hotel was very conveniently located. Lobby and overall hotel looked nice but our room was disappointing. Very spartan looking and beds were very small. Lot of noise from outside was heard in the room from people talking and hanging around despite windows all closed. Not to mention the roosters crowing at 4 am every morning. Staff was indifferent.
