  I gave this one star for location. That’s the only thing going for it. From denying to serve us a cup of coffee during check in, dirty, stained bed spreads, no a/c, windows that wouldn’t open and absolutely rude service, the list goes on. Thank goodness we only used it to shower and sleep. Visiting El Calafate is worth it. Just stay somewhere else.

  Took it at last minute just calling. Friendly personnel for two rooms offered a deal. Got rooms clean every day. Will come back for sure next time. Paid on cash. Breakfast was basic but enought. You get what you pay.

  location is perfect, just in the city center but on the other hand rooms are basic and not very comfort and breakfast poor. is a good choise if you just look for a place to sleep in el calafate. do not expect luxury or something special

  When we checked in the room, the toilet had been peed in. The room was very hot with in floorheating and no way to turn it down. Had the window open all night as it was cool outside,but still a suana inside. I believe that the room had been offered to someone else earlier in the day and because of the heat they got another room. We arrived early evening and this was the last room left. Breakfast below average also.

  This hostel looks nice from outside. But when you get into room, you are surprised. It is awful, not very clean, beds are not comfortable, shower was very small that we had no space to turn. Whats more I had insects in my bed. That was very bad night spent there. Breakfast was disaster. Plates and glasses very dirty. We came to breakfast one hour before the end and there was no food. We asked staff to bring it and their faces looked like: why are you bothering me? There was not many options to choose: just ham, toast, butter, jam, tea, coffee, water or juice.We chosed this hostel because it is close to bus station (in walking distance) and we arrived after midnight and in Calafate is difficult to find taxi after ten o´clock.Never more this hostel.
