I haven't stayed , their web site is the hardest I've ever had to book through, even tried 2 browsers, I think they have charged twice. it said, in Spanish , card declined, so I used another type only to find it had been charged.the booking portal is only in Spanish, the IT manager needs to fix this

Definitely not a 5-star hotel. The building is showing its age and is in desperate need of renovation. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful. During our stay in El Calafate, we went on two wonderful excursions with Amayco that were absolutely fantastic. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend El Calafate as a destination.

The room was so hot - literally did not get to sleep until about 4 am.No air con! In fairness the man on reception did move us when I pleaded with him to change rooms so credit to him Not a 5 star hotel - staff indifferent to requests - could do a lot better,

We had a wonderful time at the imago hotel. Especially the service of the staff was amazing (special thanks to Rodrigo and Hugo). If you like sauna and wellness beside hiking experiences this is a great place to stay.
