Small rooms, but nice

Rooms here were tiny, but at least they had a PC table. Lots of steps (to rooms, to dining rooms). Staff was very helpful. We are having an incredible stay here! The service is absolutely top-notch, and we love our room. This hotel is everything you could hope for: • Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff • Luxurious accommodations • Impeccably clean rooms and facilities • Excellent on-site restaurant • Perfect, convenient location What truly sets it apart, however, is the level of care and attention to guests. When I was injured, the staff went out of their way to assist me with ice, help with our luggage, and even provide a complimentary late checkout. After we departed, they proactively contacted us about items we had left behind and arranged for a taxi to deliver them to the airport. Their warmth and attentiveness made the experience feel like staying with family. There is no other place I would ever choose to stay in El Calafate, Argentina.
