    Excellent location, good value, friendly and welcoming staff

    Exceptional location, across the street from Patio Olmos shopping mall, AeroBus stops almost in front of the hotel (both to and from airport, reliably on schedule hourly service). Will very likely book again for my next trip.Stayed 15 days in a standard room facing the street, 5th floor. Street noise quieted down around midnight, not a problem most nights. Large room with very comfortable queen size bed. Large bathroom with lots of hot water. Good wifi. Convenient restaurant attached to hotel with great lunch deals and dinners. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars all within a block or two (and further out also). Building needs a bit of cosmetic maintenance (stains in walls and carpets, moldy bathroom tile grouts) but it was kept very clean and every hotel employee was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Staff was also very responsive to any request (mini fridge was not working and was replaced immediately).

    I stayed here 3 nights during a recent visit to Córdoba, the check in was quick and the staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable the bed afforded a good nights sleep, there were a lot of options for breakfast and the hotel is clean and tidy. Being situated on a main road in the centre of the city i had no disturbance with traffic noise whatsoever, i enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

    Very bad hotel and costumer service.rooms are very bad, bad room towels are old and looking not washed. I will never use this nasty hotel.......Costumer service is very poor Bed are very bad, I cannot give them a one star not worthen to be there. Light switch is above the bathtub, electricity and water can be very dangerous, and the switch is definitely above the bathtub is unbelievable, where is the costumer safety?Breakfast is in the bar next to the hotel, and is very dirty disgusting breakfast.Never I will use this hotel, lucky I was not electrocuted in the bad room

    It was horrible service , they charge for hot water , room was so dirty at check in , old guest had dirty sucks in the room, insects in the bathroom, sheet had blood spots on it and floor was so dirty Tried to ask to get the room changed after 45 min of waiting we went to a lower category room was also dirty so we decided to come back to our old room and ask them to clean it and they said they have no one who can clean it and very unfriendly front desk, asked for a manager he said we have no manager And he said he can let them manager know to talk to us in the morning which never happened. I would never stay at this old torn down hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay

    Stayed in Room 908, one of the suites, which was two rooms, one for the bed and one with a small sofa, desk and small round table with chairs to enjoy a drink or room service. Rug in bedroom was a little worn. Bathroom was on the smaller side but this is usually the case outside the US.Bathroom had a bidet.Shower was narrow and difficult to turn around in which was a little odd. Buffet breakfast had wide array of choices, including pastries, breads, cereals, fruit and scrambled eggs. Great value at about US$ 80 for the suite. Stay was good overall and I would recommend the Amerian as an attractive option in Cordoba.
