  We loved the place, it has everything you need for an amazing stay, a willing staff at all times.

  Really highlighted the attention of the staff, we have no words to describe how amazing this place is. Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. The staff certainly stands out, the reception guys willing at all times, the dining room staff and the maintenance staff always attentive. What we liked the most is the peace what has the place, definitely ideal to disconnect, we were on the ground floor and has a beautiful view of the lake, distance from the center to about 10min approx and we handled ourselves with uber and didi.   IMPECCABLE!!! AMAZING VIEW!!

  A beauty all the hotel and its surroundings. 10 minutes from downtown and nestled on a small hill from where you can see an incredible view of Lake San Roque. Ideal for being quiet. Bird sound, that's all you hear.The room is very spacious. Very comfortable bed. It has microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, breakfast bar, banquettes some utensils.The bathroom is spacious, with natural ventilation. Impeccable towels as well as sanitary towels. To highlight the cleanliness of the place. It has a giant, glazed gym with a great view. Spa and outdoor pools. The breakfast room is downstairs. All glazed too.Continental breakfast...normal. Lots of pastries, sweet stuff. The only thing that served us a cold meat was 2 fetas of ham and cheese of poor quality, which reach you to the table. You'd have to consider that there are people who don't eat flours or candy.Too bad, for the kind of accommodation it is.Very good parking, free inside the hotel.All the very friendly staff, the maids, the gardener who you see continuously working to make everything look very cute. Ariel the manager also took care of us wonderfully. We changed rooms, as the assigned one was climbing stairs.It must be clarified that the entire complex has many stairs to move from one place to another. Where you appreciate the whole landscape.   The place is dreamt of and ideal for rest. The view to the mountains and the lake, is beautiful. Impeccable facilities and super attentive and friendly staff. Diego and Pablo’s attention in reception and advice on the stay is ten points. The genius of the maintenance gentleman always with a smile and in every detail through his work.   We only stayed one night but it really has everything to be comfortable and spend several days , the beds and cleanliness very good, the room had refrigerator and microwave , the view excellent.   I was very surprised at the quality for the price, fantastic suite with everything we needed. Swimming pool is small but adequate. The scenery is breathtaking. There is no bar which I found disappointing. Breakfast was great, the staff are very friendly. I even managed to find one who spoke English, a rarity in these parts.
