    Nice quiet location outside of Puerto Iguazu. Fantastic pool with attentive staff and nice comfy and clean rooms. Dinner as a buffet is not especially exciting - but lots of fresh fruit and veg, good drinks and puddings, not bad at all given it is included with the price.     This was a beautiful hotel near the Falls. It has a lovely pool with bar service. Breakfast buffet very complete. The temperature control in the room is difficult.     We were very disappointed with hotel, the property looked old, the bedrooms needed refurbishing. In several rooms the air conditioning was not working properly. There were lots of screaming children, it reminded me of a hotel from the 70s. The pool Iooked inviting, but the gym had a lot of equipment that did not work properly and in my opinion was a safety hazard. The breakfast was poor and the restaurant had no atmosphere.     Staff is friendly and pool area is lovely. But room is depressing and food is poor. One benefit of the room is that it was dark and quiet. Good place if you're coming with kids for a while. Not a great place if you're adults only stopping for one night. Inconvenient location.     Supposed 5 star hotel but it isn’t. No iron or ironing board would be provided - they said for safety reasons which is nonsense as plenty of other hotels provide them. Instead they wanted you to pay for their ironing service! Air con wouldn’t go down past 22 degrees either when it was 35 degrees outside. Clearly a hotel that’s cutting its costs at the expense of its guests comfort. Luckily only staying for one night but personally I’d stay elsewhere if you have a choice.
