    The resort was gorgeous and the views were amazing. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location to the falls was incredible.

    Visiting the waterfalls of Iguazu is a MAGNIFICENTLY soothing experience! The natural beauty, size, and power of this vast stretch of high, wide cataracts is a sight to see and hear. Plus there’s cute monkeys and coatis that occasionally appear on your stroll on a well-prepared trail thru the lush almost-virgin tropical forest. The Hotel Gran Melía - the hotel inside the natural park best situated to see and hike to the waterfalls - treats guests to a friendly, luxurious experience! And if you can afford an upper level room for even one night under a full moon, to see the Falls gleaming white in the distance among the trees - go for it!

    The best experience I’ve had in a hotel. All staff has anticipated my needs before I clock my own needs. I saw one of the pool staff give another guest a pillow as he was just about to lie down. Everyone has been so pleasant. The location of the hotel allows beautiful views of the falls in my room, and lots of exotic birds visited outside our windows including toucans. Amazing infinity pool overlooking the falls and very relaxing pool water with no chlorine. The food had also been exceptional. All roundly an excellent hotel. Will definitely come back.

    Faultless luxury in an amazing setting. From the moment you walk in to the hotel lobby you are greeted with a stunning view of iguazu falls… Just breathtaking!! The hotel exudes a relaxed, effortless class with the staff attentive and helpful. We booked a Red Level room with all the extras that brings like exclusive lounge access which incidentally is fabulous with free flowing drinks and snacks from 12-8. Guadalupe is so helpful in arranging restaurant and spa bookings as well as being very knowledgeable about the local area. Esteban is the main guy though and is just awesome! His service and attention to detail ensures that guests are well taken care of from a drinks and refreshments perspective. He even went out of his way to ensure we got spicy margaritas even though they aren’t on the menu and they tasted awesome!Red level rooms are on the top floor giving great views of the falls. What a sight to see whilst lying in your bed. Red level also gives you access to the hydrotherapy pool and an inclusive breakfast menu. The food is excellent and the vegan options are plentiful. Another great thing is access to the national park which is on your doorstep. The walkways are easily accessible and both upper and lower trails are a must! The views and perspectives you get from each are just breathtaking and humbling. You also have the boat tour office 200m from the hotel too! Doing this was a highlight of our trip. All in all you a trip of a lifetime made even more special by the staff, the food and Esteban.

    Amazing location, very professional and friendly staff, amazing view specially from the room facing waterfalls. Nice tracks around the waterfall and Mocuco trail near by. Very good atmosphere and food quality at the restaurant.
