Location

The hotel is located on a hill, very close to the Triple Frontier, in the city of Puerto Iguazú. Its name derives from the incredible panoramic view of the meeting point of the Iguazú and Paraná rivers, dividing the borders of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and the Iguazú Riviera, it is the ideal setting to relax and enjoy this magical heaven in a good hotel. Guests can enjoy the colours of the cultural area in the centre of town, just a few steps away. Although the hotel is located almost in the centre Puerto Iguazú (only two blocks away), its prime location offers guests discretion and tranquillity. Guests may also be interested in visiting Foz do Iguazú, which is around 10 km away, the Iguazú National Park and the Iguazú Falls, some 18 km away, or the Itaipú Dam, around 30 km away.

Facility

91 rooms and 10 junior suites are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a spa, a sauna, a hammam and massage treatments. The hotel offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. Breakfast and a lunch buffet are served every day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    A large hotel which ticked the basic functions.

    The hotel is rather large and average looking, it's nothing special. It ticked the basic boxes but didn't go above and beyond. The room needed a new carpet as it was over stretched and was a trip hazard. The pool was a lovely size for a great swim, pool towels were provided which was great and there was service around the pool if required, however they spoke very little English, you get by!The location was good to walk into the local town and was safe to do so. You were able to have watch the sunset over the river from the front of the hotel.     Incredible noise all night long! It's impossible to sleep. There's a disco going on downstairs. At 4 a.m., it's difficult to understand the receptionist, who said all he could do is inform the manager.     Disappointing overpriced hotel

    We spent 2 nights here while visiting the falls. We had a river side view which could only be seen if you stood and looked sideward through dirty windows and a wall the other way. So from the bed you just saw a wall. The room was dark and dingy with a horrible bathroom. Cracked hand basin and needed refurbishing. Toiletries minimal. More like a Premier Inn. Carpets looked dirty. No tea and coffee making facilities and not even a bottle of complimentary water which was very poor. Breakfast was basic. Nothing refreshed by 7.45am. No yoghurts in the fridge, no tea, hot water empty, pastries very few left. Massive restaurant completely empty but loud music playing at breakfast which was horrible. Pool looked very nice. Good walking to town for other restaurants which was essential and not a single person in the restaurant in the evening. Completely overpriced hotel for what it was. Would not stay there again.     We not got to spend 2 nights here but I wish we could have stayed longer. Comfy beds, great views. Breakfast was delicious offering cereals, cooked foods, fruits, breads and pastries. Even fresh waffle and omelet station. I've never been served scrambled eggs from a LeCruest before - posh. Staff were lovely. We walked right and right and were at the top of the town. Great spot.     Great Location, Beautiful Hotel

    I decided to stay at this beautiful hotel while visiting both sides of Iguazu Falls. The staff was wonderful, and the food was great. The location was walkable to many local venues and I had an amazing view looking towards the triple frontier (borders of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay) and the Integration Bridge (one of two that crosses between Brazil and Paraguay). My only concern was that there is a beautiful park below the hotel where people gathered to enjoy the great weather. Each night, there was very loud music that woke me up between midnight and 4am. Just keep this in mind, especially for weekends, and if you are in a balcony room.
