My two-night reservation was confirmed at $410, but the receptionist added $120 upon arrival and I was charged $530 in total, largely because “I paid by credit card”. This substantial additional cost was not disclosed until I arrived at the hotel, which I found misleading. The hotel is conveniently located, but the rooms are noticeably old and outdated, with worn interiors. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Very nice hotel for area. The rooms wrecked comfortable and well equiped but the beds were pretty firm. We had the TV and safe not work, they couldn't fix the safe but replaced the TV on the spot late at night, now that service. The pool area is very nice with a bar but the water is cold which is such a shame. Some bits of the hotel a bit worn but generally in good condition. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Perfect location as very near bus station (for the falls) and not too far from main restaurant area with some on your doorstep. The hotel location is really good. Safe. The hotel staff is super friendly. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was really good with many options to choose from. Overall, this was a great stay and hope any future travelers have the same positive experience we had. Ah, I almost forget, the restaurant attached to the hotel, La Cabrera, was excellent. Try it. Hotel St. George Puerto Iguazu - Good Safe location

Not knowing what to expect, when we first arrived my expectations we exceeded. The hotel looks new, great and modern. The hotel staff area is good and efficient. The breakfast is good and since it is included, maybe a bit better than good. Has fresh orange juice from a machine squeezing the oranges as you wait. The food selection is ok, plenty of tables and chairs. A good overall experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms are not well insulated so you hear eveyone in the hallways when you are in your room. The ool looked great, but never hadd a chance to use it. The Gym looked good, but never got to use it. We came to see the falls, so we were not in our rooms much. The location is great. Resturants, ice cream shops, small stores for souviners and groceries, pharmacy near by. This was a good safe location.
