  A ver bad experience!!!

  The hotel is well located and although it is old the accommodations are ok. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Upon arrival we parked head on as instructed(the hotel then takes the car to a parking lot) there was a gentleman at the door, the hotel calls him “security” he did not come to help us neither he call one of the bell boys to do that. As my husband was taking our luggage from the trunk of the car, a motorcycle went by and stole one of our luggage!!! Although they said this has never happened before, we found out that it was not true.The personnel at the hotel were nice but unfortunately don’t know much how to treat a client.They never showed great concern for what had happened and maybe offering a dinner; a drink or anything else would have showed us that they really cared!Obviously the day they taught how to treat your clientele, they did not go to class.   Worst experience

  The worst experience. They charged us$683 for 4 nights. They wanted to Cancel the reservation three days before arrival if I didn't pay in full. Then it was a nightmare to get the refund. I almost had to get a lawyer involved. In town they have a bad reputation. Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are others as good as or better.

  Location is very good, just a few steps from the Central casino, San Martin pedestrian street, some theaters and other attractions.The room is spacious and tidy although a bit cold, especially on winter days. The AA was not enough.   Misleading Information! Not worth the cost.

  They have pictures of a pool and beach on their website and pool listed under their facilities but the pool is a 20min drive away! The beach is a 10min walk. I contacted their live chat to ask about the pool before booking and I guess they just forgot to mention that little detail! I booked specifically for the pool so within 1hr of check-in I asked to be released from my 5 day reservation but they refused. There is fine print that says it's part of a beach club but still doesn't say how far away it is. We went to the beach club one day and it cost 400ars to get there. It was deserted, no towels, no mats on the hard sun beds, no music, expensive drinks and a dozen kids in the pool. The hottub and gym area in the hotel look nothing like the photos. They're in a small white concrete room. The rooms are very small and the view is rusty pipes and concrete walls. The bed was uncomfortable, my back hurt every night. The soundproofing is bad I can hear the neighbors clearly. They put us beside some kind of staff room with people making noise all day and night. The bathroom was not clean and there was no plug for the tub. The reception told me to shower instead when I asked for a plug and then hung up the phone. I had to clean the tub and make a plug before I could bathe. The breakfast was OK but the coffee was bad. The restaurant prices are ridiculous! I have nothing good to say and will never return to this hotel and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere. There is nothing about this hotel that warrants the price they charge.

  Good Hotel

  We stayed here for a family holiday for 2 nights. Overall hotel was good. Neat and tidy and staff seemed very polite. Breakfast was ok, had an omelette made for us the first morning but they weren’t cooking them the second day? Otherwise a mixture of pastries, toast, fruit etc.Key cards for the room were the only major disappointment. Got 3 different cards and none of them worked, had to try each one for at least 5 mins or more before getting in the room. Super inconvenient.
