  We took a week's vacation on the Argentine coast. This year he played Villa Gesell. We chose the Marges hotel for shared time. I met the hotel 30 years ago. I liked coming back.   The resort has everything you need to have a good time All the staff very attentive. The facilities spotless.The impeccable room, has everything you need.It has no air conditioning.   they did not change the bed sheets along the week and changed the towells only 3 times in the week.The restoran was not good for a place of this category.The people at the reception was very good.It is very well situated. Just over the beach.

  I speak 3 languages fluently, but NO Spanish. Visiting this quaint ocean side village had my Google Translate work overtime. That said everybody tried their utmost to communicate as best they could. Always friendly and smiling. Marges Resort is located on prime property with lovely views of the Atlantic ocean. We used an RCI exchange (one of the very few available in Argentina!) and all went seamlessly. Our unit was clean and well equipped. Do not expect an American style resort, Marges is intimate, charming and aimed at mainly Argentinian visitors, but we really felt very welcome! The staff even raised the South African flag to welcome us! All tv channels are in Spanish, so if you do not habla the language bring a good book! There are various great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very hard to award a star rating since I think it cannot be compared to American style resorts....room cleanliness 5, location 5, amenities - well it is right outside the door, also 5...but it is not right on the beach, i minute from the font door maybe, although it is still way closer than many resort units (advertised as beach front) e.g. in Mexico might be from the beach!
