Location

The hotel is located on Alem Street, in front of Mar del Plata Golf Club and metres from the Playa Grande area. The hotel has an exceptional view. An imposing and majestic green ocean provides the central focus for a unique geography. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes’ walk from Mar del Plata beach. The forest is approximately 5 km away and Puerto is roughly 3 km away.

Facility

The holiday village has 15 junior suites, 14 suites, 194 single rooms and 194 double rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units have a sea view. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include à la carte and a set menu.     I just return from one night at this hotel. The location is great, in the best part of the city, my room was a suite with a view to the sea. The matress was too hard !!! I really could not sleep in it, so i ended up sleeping on the couch!! Also, the pillows are more like cushions because of their size. The wi fi works great, and the breakfast it's not so good or what you would expect from a Sheraton Hotel...     A fantastic escape from the city. Although a little older in the room decorating, we enjoyed a fabulous stay with expert attention. Great breakfast buffet, wine selection and location. It is well located near many restaurants, and very close to the beaches as well.

    Absolutely incredible room. Was much more expensive than I would normally spend, but decided to treat myself and have zero regrets. The view was absolutely incredible. The bed was insanely comfortable. The bathroom was ridiculously luxurious. Treat yourself and get the corner suite. Absolutely worth the higher price.

    Beautiful stay at the Sheraton Mar del Plata! The hotel is beautiful, rooms decor were not my favourite but super clean. Bathroom was very modern and nice. Breakfast was amazing! The quality of the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. There are many good restaurants nearby. The pool area is wonderful. It has a well equipped gym although some of the machines need a bit of TLC. We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton and would recommend it if visiting Mar del Plata. The guys at the entrance were the best, always with a smile and super helpful
