Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Great experience! The hotel is a old house, totally renewed and clean on the inside. This week was really cold in Mendoza, but it was warm inside the hotel. Location is unbeatable. Across of the main square, 2 blocks away of the pedestrian promenade and 7 blocks away of the bars street. All around the hotel is full of shops and restaurants.Internet works perfectly.Breakfast is varied, tastable and fresh.People working at the hotel are really nice, and really helpful. Their predisposition and tourism advices made the experience the best!They don't have laundry service, but the laundromat nearby returns the clothes for free to the hotel.

    We arrived at the hotel. Staff person was very courteous. Things were looking promising. We got into our room. This is where everything started to go south. Room was small, layout was awful, bathroom was super small. The room carpet was wear out big time. Bed sheets and blankets have been cleaned million times. You can tell they were wear out easily. One trash can in the entire room and one electrical outlet too. So we said, ok, only 3 nights, we can survive. We were starving, went down to their lobby restaurant and ordered two items from their menu and they were not available. 45-60 minutes later we check out and check in at another hotel. Terrible, awful. Next morning I passed by and saw the breakfast room and I was happy we moved to a different hotel. BTW, this is not exaggerating.

    A good experience at the Argentino Hotel

    I staged my north-south bicycle trip from this hotel, returning from the south when I was finished. It is located on the Place de Independence, and near many places to eat and drink.I was able to store my lugging here for several weeks. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Luciano. Given its location, and supportive staff, I found it very good value for money and super convenient.
