    Casa de Uco is something special, we stayed as a family of 3 in July 2026 for only 2 nights, but wished it was for longer! Our room was amazing, the staff fabulous, the food and wine divine. We did the wine tasting and also the blending experience, making your own wine with labels is a must do activity. We also did the horseback riding into the Andes, an unforgettable experience, we’ve stayed in places all over the world, but casa de uco has that something, that just sets it apart.

    We had 5 rooms for our 10 person family for 3 nights at the end of 2 weeks in Argentina. This was the perfect way to end. Teens loved the hot tub and doing cold plunges in the pool (there was some ice on the surface!), playing billiards, watching the World Cup in the TV room upstairs, and biking. Adults enjoyed relaxing and reading in the sunshine, touring the winery and vineyards, and eating the food. All of the employees were engaging and very accommodating. Only downsides were that the archery was not available as the teacher was not available and that the menu is the same for lunch and dinner (but that did encourage us to have spectacular lunch and dinner at other places!)     Excellent stay at Casa de Uco

    My wife and I spent four nights in the Uco Valley near Mendoza to visit wineries and enjoy good food. We chose Casa de Uco for our lodging.We stayed in Villa 1, which is a one minute walk back to the main lodge. The stand-alone building had separate a bedroom, bathroom and living room, with a kitchenette in the living room area. There was an outdoor seating area next to a small private pool and a rooftop deck with several loungers and a private hot tub. It was a great space and highly recommended.Although we did not eat dinner at their restaurant, we did order room service three nights and ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous.We sampled several of their wines during our stay and were very pleased with their high quality and value.The entire staff were friendly and professional. They all went above and beyond to make our stay special.On the winery grounds, they have complementary horseback riding, mountain biking, archery and tennis. Although we did not do any of these activities, I did take a nice long walk each morning and evening on the trails throughout the vineyard.We had one very minor issue with housekeeping the morning after our first night. Management addressed it immediately and went above and beyond to correct the very minor issue. Although completely unnecessary, they gifted my wife and I a bottle of wine, a vase of flowers and two very nice summer hats.The combination of perfect location, luxury accommodations, upscale dining, excellent staff, and really dialed-in management make this a very easy place to recommend.We highly recommend Casa de Uco.

    One of the best boutique hotels we’ve ever stayed!The views are spectacular! Pictures do not do justice. The staff is really kind, the food is amazing. We want to go back and stay longer, because three nights were not enough.
