A wonderful hotel in beautiful Mendoza

The Diplomatic is a wonderful hotel in beautiful Mendoza. It is located close to everything in central Mendoza but still in a quiet area of town.The staff are great always helpful and making you feel at home.It offers a large breakfast buffet with all types of options and a complementary glass of wine in the evening.The rooms facing west offer amazing views of the Andes Cordillera.We fell in love with Mendoza and area and the hotel was a big part of it. Expensive, but Worth Every Penny

An excellent hotel experience from beginning to end. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with high-quality towels, bed linen, amenities, furniture, and a large Smart TV. The view was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water.The lobby and common areas are elegant, clean, and always smelled fresh. The staff provided impeccable service, and the breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options.The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, cafés, bars, and many of Mendoza’s main attractions.It is an expensive hotel, but the quality, comfort, service, and overall experience fully justify the price. Great location, bathrooms need updating, common areas luxurious.

The common areas are gorgeous. The bathrooms are dated. The temperature of the showers will suddenly go from perfect to scalding hot, and if you adjust the handle by 1 degree, it will suddenly be freezing cold. Rest of the room was spacious with reasonable storage options. Breakfast was just OK. Yogurt was runny. Staff were very nice about accommodating all of us to watch the World Cup. Probably the best hotel in the best place in the world

To whom ever requires top notch professional service, to live an outstanding quality holiday experience, I couldn’t recommend enough the Diplomatic Hotel. By far the best hotel, not only in Mendoza but in the whole of Argentina, and very probably top tier in South America. From the concierges and receptionists who dealt incredible well with our early unexpected check in, to all staff, from the gym to the sauna and swimming pool, throughout all our stay until checkout, every single detail had been thoroughly looked into. Rooms spotless. Magnificent views. Personalised attention by extremely well qualified staff in all areas from reception to restaurant I honestly couldn’t think of any better place to go. Excellent stay and experience in the heart of Mendoza

We had an excellent stay and experience at the Diplomatic Hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable room and consistently professional service throughout. Most of the staff speaks English which makes it easier for English speaking travelers for us. The hotel is very centrally located - walking distance to great restaurants and shops and is a common pickup and drop-off point for wine tours, which made exploring the region incredibly easy.A refined, well-located luxury hotel and a great base for experiencing Mendoza.
