Location

The hotel is located in a privileged residential area at the intersection of the traditional Avenida Sarmiento and Avenida Belgrano, a few blocks from the main commercial and tourist areas. Therefore, its strategic location offers guests the best view of both the Andes and the city itself. The bus station can be reached in about a 10-minute drive.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 179 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     To whom ever requires top notch professional service, to live an outstanding quality holiday experience, I couldn’t recommend enough the Diplomatic Hotel. By far the best hotel, not only in Mendoza but in the whole of Argentina, and very probably top tier in South America. From the concierges and receptionists who dealt incredible well with our early unexpected check in, to all staff, from the gym to the sauna and swimming pool, throughout all our stay until checkout, every single detail had been thoroughly looked into. Rooms spotless. Magnificent views. Personalised attention by extremely well qualified staff in all areas from reception to restaurant I honestly couldn’t think of any better place to go.     We had an excellent stay and experience at the Diplomatic Hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable room and consistently professional service throughout. Most of the staff speaks English which makes it easier for English speaking travelers for us. The hotel is very centrally located - walking distance to great restaurants and shops and is a common pickup and drop-off point for wine tours, which made exploring the region incredibly easy.A refined, well-located luxury hotel and a great base for experiencing Mendoza.     Great place to stay in Mendoza

    We had a wonderful 5 nights stay. Our room was 1406, which is a corner room with 2 big windows overlooking the mountains. It was very large, clean and bright. Breakfast was good. The staff was superb. We asked for bath robes and they were in the room before we got there. Central position, walking to great restaurants, a lot of gelato places.
