Location

Located in Luján de Cuyo, this resort is ideal for those in need of an adults-only holiday.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, fishing and horse riding. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy indoor activities, including billiards. The wellness offerings at the resort include a spa, a sauna and massage treatments.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Breakfast and lunch are served every day. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options.

    An absolute hidden gem at the base of the Andes. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel completely at home. The food was truly exceptional every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and memorable.Breakfast was a standout: fresh juice and warm croissants delivered in a basket right to our door simple, but unforgettable. Dinner was just as impressive, with amazing flavors and a beautiful setting right on the terrace with asado and wine!The grounds are stunning, and you’re literally steps away from incredible hiking and mountain biking. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic escape with top-tier hospitality and cuisine, this place is hard to beat.

    We had a wonderful stay! Ricardo and Neyla were friends by the time we left. The room was very large, with a sitting room, kirchen, a large bathroom, plus a large balcony overlooking the mountains. The food was great. Fresh fruit and juice, pastries, empanadas, ...I really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.     What a beautiful spot, with the best service you will find anywhere! Ricardo and the team were so welcoming and accommodating- it was truly a fabulous stay! We spent New Year’s Eve there and had a gorgeous meal, wine and wonderful company. We can’t say enough good things about the space and people. When we checked out, my son forgot a few item in the room, and Ricardo drove 20 minutes to catch-up and return our items to us! Thank you all for a most amazing stay!     Luxury, Privacy, and Nature—All in One Place

    My wife and I stayed at El Carmelo Mountain Lodge recently and had an absolutely wonderful experience.We were welcomed at the gate by the manager himself. He helped with parking the car and luggage, then personally guided us to our room and gave us a short tour of the property. We were truly touched by such a warm and heartfelt welcome. From the moment we arrived, a hostess was assigned to look after us throughout our stay.Dinner was a complete surprise and one of the highlights of the trip. We had pre-ordered our choices before arrival, and our hostess served us an incredible meal on our private patio as the sun set over the Andes. The presentation, the quality of the ingredients, and the flavors were all outstanding.Our “room” was actually a spacious apartment—far larger than we expected. The bar was well stocked, the wine selection excellent, and we were delighted to discover a barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen (a huge bonus if you enjoy preparing some of your own meals).A special thank-you to the manager for his excellent recommendations on nearby trails. The hiking in the area was fantastic, and one of the unique advantages of the lodge is that several beautiful trails are only accessible through the resort’s private property. Springtime in the Andes was magical—so many flowers in bloom against the backdrop of snow-capped peaks.After our hikes we made great use of the resort’s facilities. The infinity pool and cabanas, all with stunning mountain views, were perfect for relaxing. Our hosts even arranged a delicious lunch served at a gorgeous outdoor spot.
