    The front desk was amazing. Super helpful and attentive. Using WhatsApp to communicate our needs was great and wish it could be like that everywhere. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Front desk staff was fantastic! Faustino and his colleague (Sorry can’t remember his name) were top level!

    Imagine a place that is charming, exclusive, and truly special—that’s Entre Cielos. With architecture that impresses you from the very beginning, as you walk through the carefully designed gardens, we were guided by the exceptionally kind, polite, and attentive Ignacio until we reached our room—a loft set right in the middle of the vineyards.It’s one thing to see the photos when you make the reservation, and quite another to actually be there, immersed among the vines and surrounded by the entire experience—it’s indescribable.The service is consistently impeccable at every touchpoint; they go above and beyond to please. The facilities are flawless (only the shower could have had a bit more pressure, but that’s negligible compared to everything else—and if in doubt, take a proper shower at the incredible spa after a hammam).It’s a true boutique hotel, so there isn’t a full gym (just a few outdoor pieces of equipment), and they offer yoga, which I didn’t get the chance to try.     This is such a special hotel!! They have several stand alone rooms IN the vineyard. We had a beautiful view of the vineyard with the mountain range in the background. I also visited the spa and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Every staff member in the whole hotel was just lovely, polite, and helpful. It was just perfect!
