    Good location and breakfast but poor room quality and WiFi.

    Nice breakfast and good location. Relatively quiet, just some light street noise. However, the WiFi is non existent and the hot water if hit or miss. The rooms could use some investment in new mattresses. The sheets were comfortable and clean, but the mattress was old and in poor condition.

    Very friendly staff, including Pablo, Delfina, Vanesa and the entire team. They are respectful and helped us secure great tours to the wineries. The rooms are clean and the hotel location could not be better. The hotel is priced reasonably for large families since the rooms are big and have individual bedrooms. We slept 4 in a 2 bedroom room.

    There was not hot water it was not clean and the breakfasts was not very good I ask if I could have scrambled eggs and the person never came back to let me know if they will do it no mini bar or water in the room the shampoo dispenser was empty just a very little soap I do not recommend this hotel I give 1 ⭐️

    The room had a comfortable bed and furniture. The concierge service was amazing. The front desk ordered taxis, directed us to tourist areas and quickly solved problems with the room. The concierge english was very good. The breakfast was decent with hot and cold choices and lots of pastries on the top floor with amazing views.

    We stayed here for 2 nights no hot water any day during our stay we rang reception to complain,but nothing was done hygiene is poor, breakfast is terrible, food in the restaurant is poor staff rude at breakfast,my wife asked for eggs and was told their was none, This hotel needs massive investment to bring it up to a good standard, I know the travel company we used will not be using this hotel again from what we told them, Mendoza is a amazing place, it such a pitty that this hotel is a bad ambassador for Mendoza. if your reading this review avoid this hotel
