    Very good service, an excellent restaurant with access to Sheraton facilities. The staff is super friendly and helpful and free wine from 8 am to 8 pm…amazing

    We stayed for 2 nights and it was a lovely experience. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We pre booked our wine tastings olive oil, lunch etc through the hotel and it was perfect from airport pick up to our departure. I got a massage in their linked hotel, sheraton, and it was amazing. Best deep tissue massage ever !! 4 of us all really enjoyed our Mendoza experience thanks to this hotel.

    We stayed one night at this vibrant hotel in the city of Mendoza before heading out to Maipu Valley. Our biggest regret was not staying 2 nights!This hotel has a great location - walking distance to Plaza de Independencia and the others. We liked the friendliness of the staff - we arrived late and were served with great cocktails and snacks at the garden bar - 10.30pm.The hotel adjoins the Sheraton and so using the facilities was a bonus. It is quite loud as it’s a city hotel, but we liked the vibe.Our room was large and comfortable!Would definitely stay again!

    First thing to say is the staff get 7 * every one of them was so helpful and professional. The main areas and the bar is good as is the breakfast variety. It’s an interesting set up in that the hotel is between the Hilton one side and the Sheraton on the other and they have shared internal access. The breakfast for this hotel is actually taken in the Hilton. The outdoor bar area in the Hilton is superb as are the serving staff. The BUT is that some of the common areas are looking very dated as is the bathrooms and not really up to a 4* standard. But overall we had a great 4 night stay.
