Location

This hotel is located in the centre of Mendoza. Just 30 m from Avenida San Martin, the city's main commercial street. It also lies just a few steps away from the pedestrian street Sarmiento (known as kilometre zero). A few blocks away guests will find the Angel Bustelo convention and exhibitions centre, San Martin Park, the Civic Park with the government and judicial buildings and also a range of wine bars with wine tastings, museums and art galleries.

11 studios, 11 single rooms and 11 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The apartment hotel provides a safe and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.
