Hotel Has It All
27 Feb 2025
This small hotel seems to have ti all -- well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, good variety of rooms from which to choose. I was at a larger and fancier hotel for a few nights prior to my stay at the NH Cordillera, and much prefer the NH! The fourth floor rooms with terraces are very much worth the small extra cost! Highly recommend. Bianca Martinez, Atención al huésped/Recepción at NH Mendoza Cordillera, responded to this review Estimado huésped:Agradecemos enormemente sus amables comentarios. Atentamente.Bianca MartinezGuest Relations

Tired business hotel
20 Aug 2024
Hotel is old and tired. Everything is chipped and broken. Very noisy outside the rooms. Per others recommendations we did ask for a“Recently renovated” upper level room - I guess it was renovated in the past decade? Definitely not recently. Location is good, but traffic noise is loud. HVAC system in winter has either “extremely hot” or “really hot” - just turn it off, trust me. Bianca Martinez, Guest Services / Front Office at NH Mendoza Cordillera, responded to this review Dear Travel Mom We appreciate your coments. We regret our services did not living up to your expectations . Rest assured that your comments have been shared with the team and action will be taken to ensure the issues you experienced are corrected moving forward.Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for your time in sharing your feedback.Best regards

A lovely stay at NH Cordillera
30 Jan 2024
Exceptional front desk staff at this NH hotel. We stayed in a junior suite with a small balcony. It was nice. Nice breakfast buffet. There is small pool on the first floor - nice temperature. We needed to see a medical doctor at one point and the amazing staff arranged for one within an hour at no cost. We would recommend Bianca Martinez, Guest Services / Front Office at NH Mendoza Cordillera, responded to this review Dear Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience .We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to learn that you enjoyed your stay and we met your expectations. Great location.
28 Jan 2024
We stayed 2 weeks at NH, it's been a great experience. The location is fantastic, nicely located in the center of Mendoza. Plaza San Martin is right opposite the hotel, vibrant, sunny with palm trees.Plaza Independencia is only 5/10 min walking distance, and the long pedestrian street with many restaurants is also at 5 min distance. The rooms are nice. Although some "refreshment" would be needed. I strongly recommend you book the rooms on the 4th floor, those with terrace, if you can.The staff all along our stay was very nice, courteous and super helpful.
