    We had a comfortable stay with decent rooms, reliable internet access, and a really good breakfast – plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a good choice for a pleasant stay in Mendoza

    This is a reasonably good hotel. Conveniently located in the city center and close to main squares.Staff were polite and professional. Room was nice, although on the small size. Curtains are old. Bathrooms were ver y small and with noting for support in case of a fall. Breakfast was reasonable, but far from really good.

    An awful experience, would not return. Young man at front desk was arrogant and confrontational, utterly shocking. We would have checked out but our fee was apparently not refundable. Rest of experience was substandard. How this hotel rated at 4-stars I'll never know. Funky old carpets smelled stale. Sewage smell from vents in bathroom. Room lock scanned was problematic even for housekeeping staff. Free breakfast was anemic and went elsewhare. Elevators seemed dodgy, used stairs. Appears little reinvestment in this property, renovation work sorely needed.

    The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. One of the best attributes of this hotel is the location, near downtown and the Aristides area filled with nice bars and restaurants. The hotel offers a nice breakfast.However, this hotel looks quite outdated. The rooms are old: windows do not open, bathrooms are old, etc. The elevator doors get stuck (do not open) on the first floor. The first time, I got stuck and thought I had to hit the alarm button until I pushed the button for another floor and was able to get off the elevator. I informed staff about it; however, after 48 hours, the problem continued.

    Poor quality accommodation in Mendoza

    The hotel description says they have elegant rooms and a discreet light decor. Hahahaha The room we had was dirty, with many stains throughout, a wobbly toilet, a flooding shower and rattling windows. There is A/C, however the noise that it generates isn’t conducive for sleeping. There were exactly ZERO decorations in our room. Not one single amenity or elegant aspect exists. The fitness center is a converted room just next to the very shabby breakfast dining area. The food quality is mediocre, and the fresh fruit salad made me sick. The location is nice, and the pool area looks decent. The WiFi did work well so that was something. The elevators did not always land even with the floor so you need to be careful with this. This is clearly a tour group hotel that has undergone some low-level renovations in some areas, and it is definitely not a four star property.
