Location

The hotel is in a splendid location, a stone's throw from centre yet in a quiet area. It is two blocks from the Plaza Independencia, four blocks from the city's pedestrian area, one block from the Plaza Italia and three blocks from the Plaza Chile and the Regency Casino. Great restaurants and ice cream shops are located in the surroundings. The airport is just 20 minutes away and the bus terminal 10 minutes away.

Facility

39 rooms, including 6 suites, 4 apartments, 2 single rooms and 18 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    I would like to share my positive experience at the Ritz Hotel in Mendoza. The staff members are exceptionally polite and welcoming, contributing to a warm atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Mendoza, with a variety of restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee houses, and shopping options within easy reach.The breakfast offerings are consistently delightful, and the rooms are beautifully remodeled, showcasing a modern and clean design. The hotel also features a parking lot and a swimming pool, which enhances the overall experience.I would like to extend my gratitude to Marcelo, who was incredibly helpful in ensuring our stay was comfortable and safe, providing us with valuable support and guidance. Additionally, Agustin, Nicolas, Renzo, and Clara at reception were outstanding, and the housekeeping team was very friendly.Overall, my stay at the Ritz Hotel made me feel at home, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Mendoza.

    If it’s wasn’t just one night and we didn’t get in late I would have found another hotel. Room smells like sewage, holes in the wall, exposed wires in the bathroom, disgusting place. I guess the price is right and we will see about Breakfast in the morning. But this is a one time stay for us. No way would we book here again.

    Ideal hotel near the main square and near lots of restaurants. Small rooms and some what out dated but for the price all richt. Friendly staff very helpful Breakfast at the top floor with nice views. For a short stay recommanded

    Family of 5 staying for 2 nights. We had 6 single beds in 2 bedroom and 1 ridiculously small bathroom. This hotel is OLD and the upkeep is poor. Dirty carpets, uncomfortable mattresses and pancake flat pillows. Wall units for heat/air conditioning, however the electricity is shut of when you leave the room so you can't maintain temperature control. The towels are paper thin and we were actually charged for one because it got "dirty" which leads me to question the laundering process of towels and linens in this facility. When we arrived we had to wait for our room to be ready even though we arrived after the check-in time, no apologies for the inconvenience. Rooms have actual keys locks and you have to return the key to the front desk overtime you leave the hotel and ask for it back upon returning. The staff was not very polite. The breakfast buffet was pitiful and I was reprimanded for preparing a cup of tea in my own mug to take with me. The worst part of this experience was the unbearable noise from the elevator next to our room (room 455) which made it absolutely impossible to sleep. Overall horrible experience that I would not recommend to my worst enemy with a cost of almost $200 US per night, save your money and go someplace else.

    I staid in the Ritz for 3 nights while visiting Mendoza, The place is really beautiful, the rooms are a bit old but in perfect condition and with all the commodities, specially the AC which in summer is really necessary. We had some trouble connecting with the WIFI, but just at the arriving.
