    Good location. Friendly staff. Rooms very clean. I liked the fact you could use the pool in the sister hotel 50m away. Breakfast was ok. Wifi was not great in the rooms but ok at reception. Would stay again.

    The hotel is located in Mendoza's downtown, there is a waiting room next to the front desk and some tables where the breakfast is offered. The breakfast is very very simple, not many options to eat and drink and depending of how busy the hotel is, it's possible to have not enough table for the guests.The room is large has a microwave oven and some kitchen. There is room service, but there was a dust lay in the furniture, a lot of hair in the chair when we arrived and no linen bed changed in 5 nights we stayed. We were in the first floor and thought that it was going to be noisy, but it wasn't. The hotel has an elevator.The staff is ok, the man in the afternoon in the front desk is very helpful and polite. The girls in charge of the breakfasy took some time to refill what was over.There is a carrefour nearby and you can walk to restaurants and stores.

    The room is huge with a pantry! You can borrow some kitchenware from the hotel in your room. The hotel is so close to the city centre with ease access to all major attractions and the supermarket nearby is close by and you can get almost everything there.This hotel is a good choice for Mendoza.

    Nice small hotel. Stayed on the first level which is a bit noisy when the windows are open given the traffic. Breakfast is provided and is mainly sweet pastries. Location of hotel is perfect and within walking distance to everywhere which is great. Hotel is about a 3 star premise.

    We stayed in the older section as part of our tour. We were put in a room overlooking the main road. When we mentioned the traffic noise, the staff were happy to relocate us to another room which was larger and very quiet. The rooms are in need of refurbishment, but had the things we needed, including a fridge. It is in the heart of Mendoza and a short walk to the shopping and restaurant district. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but fine. Lift was a little rough - but you got used to it.
