Nice Start for our Vacation
21 Sept 2026
Nice hotel just on the promenade, at breakfast time you look out of the windows and you can see the whales in the sea in front of you. Nice room, clean and spacious. Nice reception team (available 24/7). Large continental breakfast filled with local specialties.

Basic but not expensive. Location was excellent.

We stayed here three nights for our trip. The room was actually larger than I expected. It is not 4 or 5 star but location was excellent. Not very expensive either.Food could be a little bit better including breakfast but not a deal breaker.Lots of places to eat within walking distance and the view of the ocean from the room was nice.

Bad experience and uncomfortable stay
14 Jul 2025
After staying at another Dazzler property in Buenos Aires, we hoped to have a similarly good experience at the Puerto Madryn hotel, but we were sorely disappointed. There were multiple problems with the rooms, including no water pressure/hot water, keycards not working, and the most annoying of all —- sweltering rooms with no ability to control the air temperature. All rooms require you to call the front desk and ask to adjust the temperature. Whatever they did does nothing. You have to choose between opening the window and hearing loud street noise, or roasting. Mattresses were uncomfortable, breakfast buffet was inedible, and front desk staff were apathetic at best. Avoid!
