  4 adults and 1 2-year-old spent a night here en route to a vacation in the Andes. The staff is very friendly. The rooms and installations are clean and in great shape. We did not visit the casino, but it seemed to have a healthy number of visitors for a Monday night. Large rooms and baths. Not at all noisy. The restaurant is good. Continental breakfast included. Covid protocol respected. Quite recommendable.   Wonderfull Hotel

  This is really a nice Hotel, they have wonderful bedroom , very well refurbished , mini bar filled daily, fast laundry service, great staff speaking English and huge breakfast for both salt and sweet taste.The position is also in the middle of city , where you can easily reach restaurant or cofee shop walking .They have a beautiful swimming pool and a small gym ( frankly speaking this is the less nice thing) They have also a Casino at ground floor but I don't go. nataliag0mez, Director de Recepción at Epic Hotel Villa Mercedes, responded to this review Dear mauro, I appreciate your comments.   A five star hotel in the Middle of Argentina

  Indeed a five star rating. Rooms are big and comfortable, beds and mattresses as well. Service good and discrete. Swimming pool, fitness centre, kids corner, nice restaurant. Forgot to mention the casino, sharing same entrance, which sometimes is not the best option. Anyway, a 10 points stay!   An over nighter

  When I travel to the west from Buenos Aires I will try to make my first night at this hotel. They offer many good things such as secure parking, which for me as a motorcycle rider is very important. The rooms are large and comfortable and the restaurant offers a good meal. They have began to offer a buffet at night as well though I ordered off the menu as it starts later than I wanted to wait. A good nights rest and I was on my way the next day. I am not a gambler so I have never been in the casino. The hotel used to be part of the Amerian chain but once that contract expired the owner of the hotel did not renew it. A nice hotel in the middle of the town. Easy to get to and leave from for the next leg of your journey.   Needs an upgrade

  The bathrooms need an upgrade , the room is fine , well we stayed in a suite so the size was spacious , the bed was clean and comfortable , but the bathroom was really old fashion and what really disappointed us was the buffet for dinner and breakfast , the food was overlooked and the croissants were uncooked and the rest of the food looked as a third class hotel CasinoThe staff was friendly .the casino is small and very busy.
