Location

This ski hotel is located 15 min from Ushuaia and 20 min from Cerro Castor. Located three blocks from the shopping centre, this resort combines the most exclusive views of the ocean environment with a huge forest inhabited by a hundred plant species. Islas Malvinas Airport is about 20 km away.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 48 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.

    We're going from best to worst. View/landscape 10 points. Very good breakfast place. Breakfast good, you have variety and rich. Attention good, the basics to work on this, kind, not that they are super attentive either. The bad part, the distance to the center and the worst of the worst the structure, lacks maintenance to die, you hear everything, the ceiling of the bathroom seemed to fall down and drips the cop.     Very rundown hotel. There is a lack of attention to its infrastructure

    Rooms in poor condition, leaky bathroom ceiling, burnt lamps, noisy.Very small room.Small beds.Covers were missing from the room.The lock was falseThe only good thing, the gastronomy that was at breakfast and dinner.They don't serve lunch.In short, I do not recommend Hoteles Bagu, Agency / Consultant at Bagu Ushuaia Hotel, responded to this review Gracias por dejarnos tu comentario.     The attention and the environment are its greatest strength, I loved the food, delicious breakfast and dinner and the sauna. The very large room with beautiful views and the bathroom with hydromassages surprised me.... Recommended. It is removed from the center of Ushuaia, that is a value for me since it gives it a lot of nature...     From the first sign it looks nice , nice nature around , but the hotel I didn’t like at all, very old , mold in bathroom, dust on the wooden door inside bathroom and the main it was extremely cold , we were sleeping in our warm clothes under 3 blankets, and the water was cold , that day they had problems with gas , but another day they received gas but anyway it was so cold. Also the wooden floor is so old and you can hear the neighbors how they are walking on the second floor.
