very restrict services...Usually just 1 employee in the hotel. No fridge in the room. Poor cleaning service. They forgot to put towels in the basthroom. I had to ask and recepcionists in general are not friendly....ahhh. and the rooms are really small... A good place to stay.

Comfortable well equipped room with safe. Staff very friendly and helpful. The shared seating areas are bright, pleasant and comfortable. The wifi is very good. We had a view over the harbour. Situated at the end of the main street near several restaurants, one of which the Mercado we recommend. Breakfast nothing special but not poor either. A good compromise of budget and location

The staff here was so friendly. The rooms were nice but not huge, but for the price I can't complain. There are safes in the rooms, but the deadbolt didn't actually lock... but in terms of safety I was very comfortable here. Breakfast was very good too. The location isn't as convenient as many options, but it's a easy walk to the port. Lovely little hotel

Decent sized, clean, cosy room. Nice breakfast. Only downside is I don't understand why they insist on changing your towels every day, even if you hang them up to dry on the rack. No need to change towels daily, and not great for the environment. Good hotel on the main street of Ushuaia

Kind and helpful staff, nice mountain or bay view from the room. The hotel is at the end of the main street in Ushuaia, but still just 5 minutes walking from the middle of the city.
