Convenient, great value, easy city access, good restaurants and breakfast close by. Recommend booking with breakfast to get the vouchers for the nearby Greek cafe - fantastic Barossa bacon and scrambled eggs on toast.

The Adabco "Boutique" Hotel.

A Hotel ? Yes, but I don't know how much it is "boutique" . It is different in a few ways. It doesn't have manned reception after 8pm, doesn't have a bar, or serve breakfast on site. It does have shared self catering kitchens, which is novel. The rooms are certainly large enough and have much of what you need, but there is still an air of "marking time". I hope refurbishment plans are in the pipeline. Location is ok, with a 500metre walk to the centre. The staff are professional and helpful. Parking is off site, or on the street. Be very careful of the 8am start to the parking restriction outside the hotel.

There are no All Accor benefits provided at this hotel. Importantly, there was no clear indication at the time of booking that the benefits would not be honoured at this property. Had this been made transparent, I would have chosen to stay at an alternative Accor property where my Platinum status would be recognised.Beyond the benefits, the overall standards expected of an Accor hotel were not met during this stay:Despite requesting room servicing on two occasions during a five-night stay, the room was not serviced. I was advised that housekeeping “ran out of time,” which is not an acceptable outcome.The communal kitchen area had bins that were overflowing, raising hygiene concerns.The hot water had a strong red colour and was not suitable for use, which is a serious maintenance and quality issue.These issues reflect a broader failure to meet the basic service and quality standards I would expect from an Accor property.I emailed Accor customer service over a week ago and have received no response which is a further concern.

There are much better hotels available

We were delayed getting into Adelaide due to a cancelled flight. When we finally arrived at the hotel, we were told we couldn’t be given access to our room until we provided a physical credit card. They were unwilling to use the card already on file—the same one we used to pay for the booking.This left us standing outside, going through our bags trying to find a card, and then having to read out credit card details over the phone while dealing with a pretty chaotic street environment. It wasn’t a great experience, especially after a long travel delay.The room itself was neat, but the bed was significantly uncomfortable, and the quality of the linen and pillows didn’t help.Some relatively small improvements in customer service, along with better bedding, would make this a much more enjoyable place to stay.
