We recently booked a site here, but as the weather was looking inclement we upgraded to a unit.This was handled very professionally and the unit was spotlessly cleanWhile it's not the park itself fault, it would help if there was some mention on their website about the poor phone signal and internet reception.In some cases this could be a positive, but if you are self employed like me, being without phone and internet can be costly. Nice two night stay

Lovely park with great staff. Flat van sites and easy access to bathroom facilities. It's only 7 minutes to Adelaide CBD so it makes a great base for traveling around the area. We had lunch at the small cafe on the premises but its a bit expensive for what we got.

The brown hill caravan park is in a beautiful setting the staff are very helpful. The cabins are in a great spot. The only issue we had was someone needs to get in an clean the cabins the cabins are very dirty they also need Maintenace on the inside. This park is in a fantastic spot it is a shame it is being let down by untidiness.

We stayed in a villa here over Christmas 2024 and I don’t have many positive things to say. The interior of the villa was very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned at all. Our baby had black hands and knees after crawling on the floor of the cabin for 5 seconds. The floors of our cabin were incredibly creaky (not ideal if you want to move around after you’ve got your young kids/babies to sleep). We had family staying in another cabin and their floor didn’t creak, so we were unlucky there. The soap dispenser at the bathroom sink was empty, as was the shower gel dispenser in the shower. The bedding provided is very old, questionable cleanliness. There’s barely room to walk around the bed in the main bedroom (side-shuffle to bed each night). Wifi was poor/very slow. For the price charged, would recommend against staying here.

Bitter sweet. No one will find you by phone or internet. If you love that and an empty wallet, go for it.

Such a pretty off the mobile grid place ruined by horrible staff. If you love to be off the mobile grid, no internet, no phone reception, unreliable wifi, with empty wallet syndrome, then this place is for you. Its such a shame its so poorly managed. It has the chance to be worth the fortune they charge you. Powered sites around $90 a night, when they say so, if you love that idea. The pool will freeze your girls eggs and the boys taddies for future use. Pizza to warm your cockles on a fri/sat night is offered for $$ on site. Bushland is beautiful. Bitter sweet.
