Are you SERIOUS !!!!!!!!!!!! Beware and avoid ......
26 Nov 2015
We were in Adelaide for our daughters national sporting competition. We booked, confirmed and paid 6 months in advance. On the day of check in,arrived at apartment address but no reception or check in contact on site.We finally made contact after 3 hrs of phone call messages then we got a return phone call.We were advised the apartment was DOUBLE BOOKED and to call back later so they could have time to find accommodation. Adelaide was hosting a lot of events so accommodation was scarse. After another 2 hrs of waiting, we were offered a hotel room for ONE night and we were required to call back next day for update,Next morning we called and left messages again for about 4 hrs this time,it seemed like we were being avoided. We then used another phone (different number) to call. Finally we made contact,we were advised no accommodation was available and to call back in 45 minutes to give them more time.We had enough by this time and asked for them to provide a refund as we had found a room or they could pay for the room but the room needed to be booked immediately. They did not offer an immediate refund (7 to 10 days wait for refund) and they were hesitant to pay for the accommodation we found. At this stage we were homeless. We did manage to use a house from a good citizen (friend of friend etc, relatives house)for a night, then found a unit the following day which we had to pay for.How can you be serious ? ,when you book, confirm and pay in FULL 6 months in advance and then the apartment is double booked.Okay double bookings can happen but the attitude of our contact was poor at best. They would not assist us by refunding our money immediately or pay for the room we had found. The stress we were placed under makes it easy for me to say... I will not use or recommend the apartment or the use of Agoda.

"Great Location, awesome staff"
02 Jul 2014
Stayed here for 2 weeks. Family with 2 grown children. Had a two bedroom apartment, saw the one bedroom apartment and was equally impressed. Great location, 600 metres from a tram station to Adelaide City. Close to shops, bottle shops and awesome take away places for Pizza and Burgers & chips. Close to the airport too. The staff really looked after us at extremely short notice - thanks heaps x. Very central location and good amenities. Home away from home (even had a slow cooker!)

Double-booked
30 Mar 2014
We had booked to stay here for one night and had chosen the place for the location. On the morning before our arrival we were phoned to say that we were being moved to a different place on the other side of town as long term tenants were supposed to move out of our room but did not. We were sent to a motel to pick up our keys and then sent onto another place to stay the night. It was confusing and disappointing. While we were told that the other place we were sent to was nicer than what we had booked (and it was quite nice), we were made to feel like we were being done a favour, when in fact we were terribly inconvenienced by the whole experience. As visitors to Adelaide, we did not know our way around and it was quite annoying that we had been moved to a completely different suburb, 10kms away. Although everyone was very polite about the situation, the fact is that this should not have happened and I could not recommend this place to anyone.

Comfortable, good location
16 Sept 2012
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in August to visit my sister and her family on our way over to Perth. The location was great for us, being very close to both the airport and my sister's house. The manager Jo was very helpful and friendly but as the accommodation is serviced apartments rather than a motel we didn't see her or anyone else in reception after our arrival (though help is available by ringing the reception number). The apartment was spacious and clean, and the wifi (not free but reasonable) worked well. It is well set up for a longer stay with large fridge, cooking facilities, cooking and eating utensils etc. It was raining, windy and cold in Adelaide that day and the first night we were very cold in bed. On the second night we put the extra blanket and doona (meant for the pullout bed in the lounge) on our bed, and also put a towel along the bottom of the balcony door where there was a gap) and were much more comfortable. The bed was a little soft for our liking but might suit others. There are shops a short distance along the road in both directions and turning bays in the centre of the road. There seemed to be plenty of parking available when we were there.I would certainly stay there again and recommend the accommodation to others.

Dated and need some TLC
04 Sept 2012
we stayed there for 3 nights and arrived 8am in the morning and they let us have our rooms early. The staff are very friendly and wanted to go the extra mile. The location is great bus at door and trams 5 minutes walk away. Shopping centre 3 min walk. The rooms are dated and beds where little worst for wear. The bedding was dusty and every time you pulled up the covers it was like being in a dust storm.Parking was limited if you got in later in the night.
