  Hidden Disabilities Program should be promoted to all Airlines and Airport Staff.

  I ordered a lanyard for travel to the UK and received an email thanking me for contacting the Hidden Disabilities Program. Upon arrival at the Customer Experience Team desk I was presented with the lanyard. I put it on but no one seemed to know about its function. The Singapore Airlines staff certainly took no notice of my deafness, even when wearing my Phonak hearing aids, on either the forward or return trips. When flying in August I shall affix a plastic pocket asking that staff speak clearly and loudly so that I can hear properly.

  Not a bed and breakfast airport hotel for flights before 7:30 am

  We booked for bed and breakfast before our red eye flight. Breakfast doesn’t open until 6am. There’s not even access to a continental breakfast before the first flight of the day. This seems to be a massive oversight for an airport hotel. The bed side of our package was nice though.   Rip off and Very Disappointing.👎

  Well what a Rip off over $300- per night for a small basic concrete Walls unpainted and concrete Roof Bunker unpainted with less than Basic Amenities.Very disappointed with the Room and Rip off price. The fridge is tiny only get a few soft drinks in it with no freezer compartment for our small freezer blocks for my Injections to keep cold that we take for our long flight.The small cupboard looked Ugly for making coffee and only a couple Of Teas & Coffee sachets plus only 3x Sugar sachets so only get to have 1 coffee or tea.Very Disappointed and won’t bother staying here again.   Thought I'd stay here as i had a early morning international flight. And I wasn't disappointed. From the moment i rang and the bloke i spoke to was very helpful and friendly till I left was amazing time. The booking process was very easy and seamless. Checking in the girls at reception were very polite and friendly and said anything you need help with were here to help. Stayed in room 317 and room was great. The bed and pillows were super comfy and slept like a baby. omg amazing 👏 great blackout curtains as it was a sunny afternoon. plenty of room. The shower 🚿 pressure was fantastic and bathroom well presented. Had dinner down in the restaurant and food was yummy and beers 🍻 nice and cold. Staff very friendly and polite cudnt fault them. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.   Breakfast substandard

  Stayed as a family of 4 in a runway twin room. Bed was soft and comfortable. A great view from the 7th floor of the planes coming and going. Shower was great and amenities were good. My only complaint was the breakfast. The fruit looked like it had been sitting out overnight it was so shriveled and dry. Mushrooms and tomatoes so overcooked they were inedible and the scrambled egg were partly in the shape of the container it must have been microwaved in. The yoghurt pot was nice until I discovered some little flying creatures in it. Was definitely not worth the added on amount on the room rate. A very disappointing end to an otherwise nice stay.
