After a sleepless night with the roar of traffic from the busy road all night to then discover I’d been bitten numerously on the back by bed bugs. The shower tap fell off. This place needs to be decommissioned… The hotel manager refused to apologise and charged full price for the night.

Stayed for 7 nights sheets weren’t changed at all ,floors weren’t mopped for 7 days ,carpet wasn’t vacuumed for 7 days .bathroom not cleaned basin not cleaned ,coffee cups weren’t washed or replaced had to go to the office to get clean ones every day ,wasn’t told that they don’t service on weekends .Went to the office 3 times to complain about the room nothing changed

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Very clean and tidy, spacious living area. Keyless entry. Lovely bathroom. Quite tight car park next to cabin.

Room for improvement

Booked 3 rooms in early December 2024 and requested rooms to be together. I was assured by staff that this was possible and in place. When we turned up in April, rooms were not together and could not be arranged, which was very disappointing. Also advised that bathroom door needed to be closed when showering as alarms may be set off and guest would be responsible for fire dept call out fee. Surely, this is a maintenance issue, and management needs to address this problem or pay the fee themselves. Not everyone likes being in small, closed in areas.Rooms were clean and staff polite

We went with family in the villa it cost over $400 a night for the cost I would normally expect much more small ok but not great no fan in the main room on a hot night Strange homeless type people down the other end lady asked us for a lighter 4x even my 8 yo !. So couldn’t let the kids play outside didn’t feel safe Sirens and hooks all night barely slept Pool not clean was like soup only one bowl had to ask for more just to have breakfast Upside unit small but ok and clean Friendly staff
