  Hello Adelaide is consistently good value, comfortable, clean and handy location. Has all the basics and cannot fault the accommodation consistent with the description. Its great value for the price, providing contactless entry any time of the night. Plenty of off street parking. Benn at the desk is a great communicator.   BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

  Professionalism severely lacking. Was given a room without a working air conditioning and when raised, was firmly dismissed. Due to unforeseen events I ended up in hospital and Owner did not return all of my belongings which was absolutely appalling.Was also told I would be charged an extra $150 for my assistance dog to stay in the room which is illegal under the Disability Discrimination Act.I would NEVER be recommending this place to anyone. Hello Adelaide, Owner at Hello Adelaide Motel and Apartments, responded to this review This person was booked and paid for by a government organisation. This person did not personally pay, so this review is misleading with false accusations. We experienced extremely concerning behaviors, and did not have the skill set to manage. We were not given any information prior to this person entering our accommodation. We have photos of your original review. We have seen your edit! We have all events well documented, and reported to your client manager. These are very concerning false accusations. Respectfully remove or we will need to proceed further with the matter.

  Cheap clean and cheerful - good location - easy free parking

  Suited me well - mostly on price.My room was close to the busy road and i was not bothered by the traffic noise - though i do live regularly on a busy road.Late checkin arrangements worked well and owner was very friendly. Very clean room with plenty of hot water and comfy bedding.Location is probably best if you have a car, though i did see busses running into city - probably 10mins max away. All major food takeaways within 5 mins walk as is a terrific supermarket.Certainly recommend if you are ok with the above and note if booking on Agoda or Hotels.com you can only see this motel if you are staying 5 or more nights.

  Friendly, comfortable and affordable

  I stayed for nearly two weeks while I was working in the city. Very convenient location close to restaurants, supermarkets etc without the CBD prices. Bus stops close by we’re very useful too. Manager Benn and his staff made sure I had all I needed without being intrusive. I had a 1 bedroom apartment with cooking facilities, seperate bedroom for the same price I’d pay for a single room so I reckon that’s excellent value. Yes the premises is old and dated but everything was certainly clean (and I’m fussy about that) and the important things are being updated. My apartment had new flooring and quality fittings. Sure it’s not all the latest decor but it’s not $250 a night either. Happy to add the wifi didn’t drop out at any time unlike more expensive places I’ve stayed. I read some of the bad reviews from 2016 but can only say my stay was excellent. I’m happy to stay again if the need arises and give my recommendation. Only negative is I wish I knew about the on-site laundry. Would have saved me a trip to the laundromat at the Arkaba shops.

  Cozy and Central

  Our family stayed in their Family Suite with Kitchen for 3 nights. The location is very central and so close to fast foods, restaurants and grocery. The place is under new management and they are slowly updating, but nonetheless we were cozy and cool inside even if it was around 40°C outside.We had no problems getting a good night rest after a big day out in the city since it was our first visit to Adelaide and Lulu the staff was very helpful.If you are on the go and want to be central in Adelaide, I would definitely recommend this place.
