We stayed in the Motel part of this establishment, it's a Hotel and Motel next to each other, hence the name, as a Motel guest you can use the swimming pool in the hotel and dine at the hotel restaurant, we had buffet breakfast there twice obviously that's extra, at the time we stayed breakfast was $30pp which was reasonable value for the range of food available through sometimes they were a bit slow replacing things that had run out. There is free parking on-site which was 1 of the reasons we chose stay there, our room was on the smaller side but adequate, there was a King size bed, a table and 2 chairs, bar fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a reasonable size TV, on the down side the shower in the ensuite was quite small and the housekeeping was a bit hit and miss 1 day they didn't replenish tea and sugar another day no toilet paper replaced and another fresh towels were left but old ones were just left inside the front door. The staff were always friendly and helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay but it could have been a bit better.

The email addressed to myself on the 2nd May was immediately responded to yet I have not received a reply from you.I have resent the email response this morning to you. At this stage, the matter is now with the Police, and we are fully cooperating with their investigation. Amazing room and you get all the essential items you need. There is a car park available. The hotel is located in a quiet area and it is nearby a tram station. I used the tram every day to visit the tourist sites and it was free as well!There are restaurants nearby so it's a good location for a lazy dinner night. It is 15 minutes away from the airport.

Failed to refund security deposit, ignored all attempts by me to contact them to follow up. Complete rip off/scam. Avoid

Failed to refund the $50 deposit they charged me upon checking in. My booking was fully paid in advance and the concierge advised they will charge an additional $50 which is refunded upon checking out of the accommodation. 1.5 weeks later, two emails and a phone call to follow up and they have just ignored my attempts to follow up and failed to refund the transaction. So when considering the price of the accommodation I recommend to add $50 to the advertised rate as the deposit which they claim is refundable may not actually get refunded.

What a great choice

We were thrilled with our choice. The room was spacious and the beds, shower and cleanliness spot on. The bonus was the link with the beautiful Alba Hotel next door who handled the reception and guests were welcome to use the Alba’s pool and dining facilities. An absolute pleasure to stay there.
